What the app keeps

يحتفظ البرنامج على جهازك بمهامك ومواعيدها وحالتها في الأرشيف، وجلسات المذاكرة والساعات، وفهارس الملفات ومساراتها، وإعدادات المظهر وربط التقويم.

تقدر تستخدم المهام والملفات والمؤقت بدون تسجيل دخول. عند تسجيل الدخول، يستخدم البرنامج بريدك ومعرّف حساب Google لتمييز حسابك وفصل بياناته عن الحسابات الأخرى داخل البرنامج.

On your device, the app keeps your tasks, their deadlines and archive status, study sessions and hours, file indexes and paths, and your appearance and calendar settings.

You can use tasks, files and the timer without signing in. When you sign in, the app uses your email and Google account ID to tell your account apart and keep its data separate from other accounts in the app.

Syncing with Google Drive

عند الضغط على «مزامنة الآن»، يرسل البرنامج نسخة من بيانات المهام والجلسات وفهرس الملفات والملفات المختارة إلى Google Drive في حسابك، ويقرأ النسخة السحابية ليزامنها مع جهازك. البرنامج لا يرفع كل مجلدات جهازك؛ يتعامل فقط مع الملفات اللي أضفتها للمهام أو لمكتبة البرنامج.

يطلب البرنامج صلاحية إدارة ملفات Drive اللي يقدر التطبيق يوصل لها فقط، وليس صلاحية شاملة لكل ملفات حسابك. تُستخدم البيانات لتقديم ميزات البرنامج فقط، لا للإعلانات ولا للبيع.

When you press “Sync now”, the app sends a copy of your tasks, sessions, file index and selected files to Google Drive in your account, and reads the cloud copy to sync it with your device. It does not upload all of your folders; it only handles files you added to tasks or to the app’s library.

The app asks only for access to the Drive files it can reach, not broad access to every file in your account. Data is used only to provide the app’s features — never for advertising or sale.

Calendar connection

يستخدم البرنامج صلاحيات عرض قائمة تقاويمك، وقراءة الأحداث وإنشائها وتعديلها وحذفها، لتنفيذ مزايا التقويم ومزامنة المواعيد المرتبطة بالمهام. قد تعمل مزامنة التقويم تلقائيًا بعد الربط، أما مزامنة الملفات فتبقى يدوية.

The app uses permissions to list your calendars and to read, create, edit and delete events, so it can provide calendar features and sync task deadlines. Calendar sync may run automatically once connected; file sync always stays manual.

تسجيل الدخول وحماية البيانات

Sign-in and data protection

تكتب كلمة المرور في صفحة Google. طليطلة لا يستلم كلمة مرورك ولا يحفظها. تُحفظ رموز التفويض على جهازك باستخدام حماية Windows DPAPI، ولا تُرفع ضمن بيانات المزامنة.

ليست كل البيانات المحلية والنسخ المحمّلة من الملفات مشفّرة. فصل الحسابات داخل البرنامج ينظّم البيانات، لكنه لا يمنع شخصًا عنده وصول لملفات حساب Windows من قراءتها. استخدم حسابات Windows مستقلة على الأجهزة المشتركة.

You type your password on Google’s page. Tulaytula never receives or stores it. Authorization tokens are stored on your device using Windows DPAPI protection and are never uploaded with synced data.

Not all local data and downloaded copies of files are encrypted. Separating accounts inside the app organizes data, but does not stop someone with access to your Windows account files from reading them. Use separate Windows accounts on shared computers.

وين تروح البيانات؟

Where your data goes

يتصل البرنامج بخدمات Google من جهازك مباشرة. المزامنة لا تستخدم أي خادم مركزي خاص بطليطلة لتجميع ملفات المستخدمين، والبيانات اللي تعالجها Google تخضع لسياساتها أيضًا.

هذا الموقع تعريفي فقط: ما يطلب منك رفع مهامك أو ملفاتك، وما فيه تسجيل دخول للبرنامج. قد تعالج جهة الاستضافة معلومات الاتصال التقنية اللازمة لعرض الصفحات، ويحفظ المتصفح اختيارك للغة والمظهر على جهازك فقط.

The app talks to Google services directly from your device. Sync does not use any central Tulaytula server to collect users’ files, and data processed by Google is also subject to Google’s policies.

This website is informational only: it never asks you to upload tasks or files and has no app sign-in. The hosting provider may process technical connection data needed to serve the pages, and your browser stores your language and theme choice on your device only.

الاحتفاظ والحذف وإلغاء الوصول

Retention, deletion and revoking access

تبقى بياناتك المحلية ونسخ Drive لين تديرها أو تحذفها في أماكنها. تقدر تلغي وصول طليطلة من اتصالات حساب Google. إلغاء الوصول ما يحذف تلقائيًا النسخ المحلية أو ملفات Drive أو أحداث التقويم، فاحفظ نسخة احتياطية قبل حذف أي شي تحتاجه.

عند مشاركة البرنامج، استخدم ملف التثبيت أو حزمة ZIP الأصلية؛ مجلد البرنامج المستعمل قد يحتوي بياناتك أو بيانات حسابات ثانية على الجهاز.

Your local data and Drive copies remain until you manage or delete them where they are stored. You can revoke Tulaytula’s access from your Google account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete local copies, Drive files or calendar events, so back up anything you need first.

When sharing the app, use the original installer or ZIP package; a used app folder may contain your data or other accounts’ data.

يقتصر استخدام بيانات Google على الميزات الموضّحة هنا، وفق سياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API ومتطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. البرنامج لا يستخدم بيانات Google لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة.

Use of Google data is limited to the features described here and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The app does not use Google data to train general-purpose AI models.
